WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT…
We have over 50 years of experience providing quality pediatric patient care. For the convenience of our patients, we offer extended office hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as immunization clinics and an on-site laboratory. As pediatric specialists, our providers can manage all of your child’s medical needs.
To schedule an appointment, obtain test results, or receive answers to your general medical questions, please call our office number at 208-523-3060. Our friendly office staff will be happy to assist you.
You can choose to see the provider of your choice for regular check-ups and sick visits.
We schedule well child visits, newborn to age 2, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday – Friday. This allows us to separate the well infants from the sick children. Please schedule all well visits and other physicals in advance since these appointments fill quickly. Chronic conditions are scheduled mid-week in case another testing is needed.
In addition, we offer extended office hours with one provider available after 5 p.m. Monday – Friday and on weekends and holidays. We will make every effort to work in your sick child on the day that you call the In case of emergency, should there be no appointments available, we will assist you to obtain the appropriate level of care.
If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel 2 hours in advance so that another sick child can be seen. In general, our extended office hours are reserved for sick visits.
Due to recent changes in Idaho Immunization Program, we are no longer able to accommodate walk in immunizations. Please call our office to schedule a time to bring your child in to be vaccinated. Please remember to bring your child’s immunization record with you.
To schedule an appointment, obtain test results, request medication refills, or to get answers for your general medical questions, please call between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at (208) 523-3060.

A nurse or receptionist will return your call promptly when they arrive in the morning.
Following regular office hours, there is a physician on call for medical emergencies only. The recorded message will advise you how to contact the on-call physician.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
Our providers want to be available for the needs of all of our patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.
If a missed appointment occurs, we understand life happens and will notify you of our no show policy. If there is a second missed appointment, there will be a block placed on your account and a $15.00 reinstatement fee, per child, may apply. The block will prevent any future appointments to be scheduled. A third missed appointment will result in the reinstatement fee doubling to $30, a fourth missed appointment $45.00 and so on. Any reinstatement fee will need to be paid in full prior to any additional appointments being scheduled. This policy applies to the entire family, not just an individual child.
